Refund policy

We want you to pay only for help you actually receive. This policy applies to The Path Review (€25, one-time payment through PayPal).
Before your interview call
If you change your mind before your interview call has taken place, write to hello@solidaritypath.com with your reference and we refund the full amount to your PayPal account.
If we do not contact you
If we have not contacted you to book your call within 7 days of your payment, you can ask for a full refund at any time.
After your interview call
Once the call has taken place, the service has started and the payment is not refundable. We cannot refund because a host organisation did not select you: the selection is theirs, and we never promise acceptance.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through PayPal to the account or card you paid with, usually within 5 working days of our confirmation.
