Why it works

Hosts have too many applicants. They ask us who fits.

A project with twenty places can receive hundreds of applications. Nobody can read them all properly, so the organisations we work with ask us to recommend volunteers. We do the heavy part, and we make sure the places they give us are filled by people who are ready.

  1. 100s

applications a host receives for one project, sometimes thousands

  2. ~20

volunteers a typical project can take

  3. 50

places a month that hosts ask us to help fill

We do the reading

Hosts cannot read every CV and letter. They ask us to recommend who fits, and we only recommend people we have spoken to.

10+ years of trust

We have worked with the same organisations for years. They come back because the volunteers we introduce turn out well.

Ready on day one

Our volunteers arrive prepared: they know the project, the rules and what is expected of them.

Need a sending organisation?

Many ESC and Erasmus+ projects ask volunteers from outside the EU to apply through a sending organisation at home. Without one, good applications stop there. We have sending partners across the South Mediterranean.

  • We connect you with a sending organisation in your own country
  • They prepare you, sign what the project needs and follow you during it
  • We know which European hosts work with which sending partners

Why fifty applications can get zero replies

Most rejected applicants have the skills. Their applications are rejected before anyone reads far enough to find them.

A typical letter, as host organisations receive itNot shortlisted

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am passionate about making a differenceand I have always dreamed of discovering new cultures.I am a hard-working, motivated team playerwho wants to grow.

This opportunity would be a dream come trueand I am sure I will be a great asset to your organisation.

What gets a reply instead (example)

“Last summer I ran weekly beach clean-ups with 40 kids in Agadir. I want to learn how your centre runs its environmental workshops, and I can help with the Saturday groups.”

  • The letter sounds like everyone else’s

Coordinators read hundreds of AI-written letters. The same phrases are a signal to stop reading.

  • The email gets the basics wrong

No subject, the wrong name, a CV as a photo, the wrong project. Small things that end it early.

  • It arrives at the wrong moment

Many places are filled before the call is widely shared, or long after the shortlist is made.

  • None of this is about talent. It can all be fixed, and that is the work we do with you.

Three honest answers before you pay

What is this?
A one-time €25 coaching service for people applying to European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ projects. We interview you, fix your documents with you, tell you where and when to apply, and introduce strong applicants to partner organisations we know.
Will it actually get me accepted?
Nobody honest can promise that: host organisations make the decision. What we promise is that your application stops being rejected for avoidable reasons, that you are ready for the interview, and that it reaches people who are looking for volunteers.
Is it safe to pay?
You pay through PayPal with a card or PayPal balance, so we never see your card or bank details. You receive a PayPal receipt immediately, there is no subscription, and our refund policy is published before you pay.Read the refund policy

What you get before you send anything

One price, €25, and you know exactly what it covers.

A one-to-one interview call

By phone or WhatsApp, in English. Practice the call that decides most selections, with someone who has sat on the other side.

Tell me about a time you worked with people very different from you.

In my neighbourhood association, we…

Your documents, reviewed line by line

CV, motivation letter, application email and video. We cut the copy-paste phrases and help you say what only you can say.

  • Motivation letter
  • Application email
  • Video introduction

What partners actually look for

We work with host organisations across Europe. We know what they read first and what makes them stop reading.

Timing that works

Where to look, which calls fit you, and when to send. Sometimes we hear about places before they are posted.

Questions people ask us

Something else? Write to us. We answer within 2 working days.

Can you guarantee I will be accepted?

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Host organisations choose their volunteers. What we can do is remove the mistakes that get applications rejected before anyone reads them, prepare you for the interview, and send strong applications to people who are looking.

What exactly do I get for €25?

A one-to-one call, a full review of your CV, motivation letter, email and video, advice on where and when to apply, a direct introduction to a partner when your application is ready, and 30 days of follow-up questions.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once through PayPal and nothing renews. If you want more help after 30 days, you can decide then.

Is it safe to pay?

Payments go through PayPal, so we never see your card or bank details. You can pay with a card or a PayPal balance, and you receive a PayPal receipt immediately.

Do I need to speak perfect English?

No. You need enough English for a simple conversation, because that is what host organisations need too. We can also explain things in English, French and Moroccan Arabic.

Do I need a sending organisation?

For many ESC and Erasmus+ projects, volunteers from outside the EU apply through a sending organisation in their own country. If you do not have one, we connect you with one of our sending partners as part of the review.

Who is this for?

Young people aged 18 to 30 who want to volunteer in Europe through the European Solidarity Corps or join Erasmus+ projects, from the South Mediterranean: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria and Tunisia.

Are you part of the European Commission or the ESC?

No. Solidarity Path is an independent, non-profit initiative run by people who have volunteered and worked with partner organisations for more than ten years. ESC projects themselves are free for volunteers: we charge for our time preparing you, not for a place.

Do you sell volunteering places?

No. We do not sell places, and host or sending organisations do not pay us. Hosts ask us to recommend volunteers because they receive far more applications than they can read. The one-time fee pays for our team's time on your call, documents and follow-up.

What happens after I pay?

We contact you within 2 working days by email or WhatsApp to book your call. Bring your CV and any letters you have already sent.

Send your next application with confidence

One call, honest feedback and the right contacts, for €25.
